In late June I met Julie Barros, a visual artist who is also a spiritual director. Based in California, she's been up on the Sunshine Coast lately, working on her latest show, A Pervasive Sense Of Well-Being, which opens in a week at The Visual Space gallery in Vancouver. Note the Guided Meditative Experience she's offering on the afternoon of Friday July 19.
