A rundown old single-screen theatre is about to undergo the inevitable change: from film to digital. And with it the lives of its three employees are also about to change in this beautiful meditation on life, love, and film. It's a match made in site-specific theatre heaven as Victoria’s Blue Bridge Repertory Theatre presents ITSAZOO's intimate production of The Flick at their new home: the Roxy Theatre! Using the entire movie house as our stage The Flick promises to be a heartfelt journey examining the lives of a lost generation with microscopic clarity.
Annie Baker is an Obie and Drama Desk Award winning playwright. The Flick just finished an award winning run off-Broadway and this production marks its Canadian premier.
