You've seen Sheree Plett on the PT stage for CHRISTMAS PRESENCE and a few years back her and Jeremy Eisenhauer performed in JESUS, MY BOY. On May 12th she'll be performing her new kids songs (now part of a kids book illustrated by Shari-Anne Vis called TIMES TWO) at the launch party for a new non-profit company, Global Mothers. While the PT connection to Global Mothers is a little tenuous, it does exist: the co-founder of Global Mothers is Katie Mogan-Graham, she attends Artisan church, run by Nelson Boschman and Lance Odegard (also of CHRISTMAS PRESENCE fame). That's a lot of names to keep track of, so here's your take-away message: Sheree Plett is playing the Global Mothers launch on Saturday, May 12 at Regent College. The day will include a screening of their Feature Film, an African Drumming Workshop, stations with the Global Mothers artisan products, catering by The Banqueting Table and Cupcakes Bakery, a kids area with games and activities, and of course, music performance by Sheree Plett!
