outside mullingar | meet the cast

It's time to introduce the cast of OUTSIDE MULLINGAR! You may recognize some (if not all) of their faces. They've been around PT for many years and we're thrilled to have them take the stage once again in this unconventional story about love, family, and how good fences can't even keep good neighbours out. 




Ron Reed (Tony): Ron, the Artistic Director and founder of Pacific Theatre, is right at home on the PT stage! Ron is an actor, director and playwright and all of his works have been produced at Pacific Theatre. Directing credits include: THE RAINMAKER,REFUGE OF LIES, YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU, REMNANTS, etc. Recent roles: WIT, FREUD'S LAST SESSION, CULTIVATION, THE SEAFARER, OLD TIME GOSPEL RADIO HOUR, TOP TEN THOUSAND OF ALL TIME, THE LAST DAYS OF JUDAS ISCARIOT, A CHRISTMAS CAROL. Some playwright: REFUGE OF LIES, A BRIGHT PARTICULAR STAR, THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE, BOOK OF THE DRAGON. Ron’s play, TOLKIEN, will be featured next season at Pacific Theatre.



Erla Faye Forsyth (Aoife): Erla has performed in numerous PT productions over the years. Some PT credits include: HOLY MO, DRIVING MISS DAISY, THE FOREIGNER and HOW TO WRITE A NEW BOOK FOR THE BIBLE, in which she received a Jessie Richardson award for her work. Erla was last seen in WIT and we are so excited to have her back for OUTSIDE MULLINGAR!



Rebecca deBoer (Rosemary): Rebecca is no stranger to PT, and we're thrilled to have her join us once again. Rebecca spent 7 years on the administrative team and has been part of the Pacific Theatre company for the past 15 years. Rebecca has appeared in productions such as COMMON GRACE, THE WOODSMAN, 100 SAINTS YOU SHOULD KNOW, A BRIGHT PARTICULAR STAR, and HALO.



John Emmet Tracy (Anthony): John joined the PT family in 2014 when he played Sharky, in THE SEAFARER. This role earned him a Jessie Richardson nomination for his work. John has worked extensively in theatre, film, television, commercials and voiceovers. He has appeared in over seventy film/television productions and over eighty stage productions, including playing Hamlet in HAMLET (Japan tour) and performed at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London. Welcome back, John!
