Apprentices participate in all aspects of the company's work, including administration, production, and artistic projects, with a chosen focus in one or two aspects of theatre creation: playwriting, acting, directing, technical theatre, or design. Most Pacific Theatre apprentices go on to have professional careers in theatre as actors, writers, directors, stage managers, technicians, and designers. Oh, and the apprentices all get to be a part of the annual Christmas Card photo shoot! Who would want to miss that?
